Relax and enjoy your vacation at this newly remodeled home on your own private 2 acres and 200' of pristine Lake Michigan shoreline. This Cape Cod style home has a coastal cottage feel with hardwood floors, painted woodwork, granite countertops and tall vaulted ceilings.
The exterior is all cedar including the large relaxing deck overlooking Lake Michigan. Majestic Cedars, Hemlocks, and Maples tower around the home.
The shoreline boasts a great view with shallow water making it great for kids.
A perfect location between Sister Bay and Baileys Harbor. This home is away from the hustle and bustle of the towns, yet conveniently situated when needing last minute items or when wanting a little more activity. We just finished extensive remodel in 2017.
This property has a view of the historical Cana Island lighthouse which is within walking distance. It is also located next to one of the State of Wisconsin Forests known as Spike Horn and Baileys Harbor Boreal Forest, which has a large hiking path and beach frontage. We have added a new 80' pier for 2016 with a swim ladder.
This is our personal home being made available for 2 weeks only. The property is located on a 3.5 acre lot with 250' of gorgeous shoreline with views to the south of the famous Cave Point.
You will find yourself very relaxed and comfortable with the perfect location. You are 10 to 15 minutes to just about anything you want to do, but you are in a quite peaceful setting. I grew up in Door County and chose this location to build our dream home. I like to be relaxed without hearing a busy highway, traffic and lots of people when I get home.
If you like to hike there is a nature preserve that boarders our driveway.
Had a great time! House was really nice! We had never been to door county. Everyone had a great time. It was so peaceful and quiet at the house. Very relaxing. The house was perfect for all of us. Centrally located for any activity. Will definitely do this again!
This place was amazing could not have asked for a better place to stay. The dock and fire pit was my favorite part of the whole trip it was by the water so listening to the waves crash and sit by the fire was relaxing. The nice walk to the light house was perfect with my dogs.
When everyone finally got home, we all felt that we should of, could of stayed so much longer. No one felt like going shopping or leaving the property, we were so comfortable staying put! We sure hope that we will get a chance to come back again in the future!

This lovely Cap Cod has more to offer than listed. Driving through the canopy of trees through the lush grounds before arriving to the home that sit's before breath taking water views is Amazing. The wrap around porch is a bonus - to sit outside and hear the waves was a highlight. Spacious rooms, all new interior and extremities and decor was put together with a theme of Cap Cod charm and great taste. We had a memorable stay and look forward to many more to come. Communication between the owner and client was spot on. Thank You!!
My family of 10 stayed here for five days. It was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The view of the water was breath taking. The Cana lighthouse is a must see! The whole rental process from start to finish was very easy. Chris responded quickly to all of my questions. I loved that there was plenty of seating in the kitchen so we could all hang out and play games at night. It truly is a beautiful home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Chris!
